Well what an exciting time it's been for Mr Kors, the man behind the power house that is Michael Kors, who over 30 years has developed an American fashion empire. Not only was he in the midst of New York Fashion Week on his home turf, he has also just been recognised by the Fashion Institute of Technology (FIT) by accepting an award for Artistry of Fashion, joining fashion royalty such as Karl Lagerfeld and Oscar De La Renta.
