In the Conservatory Restaurant, one of four dining areas, the hotplate area is manned by a team of chefs and the menu majors on the finest produce from the Grampian Highlands region - Aberdeen Angus beef, game, fish, shellfish, vegetables, fruit, and preserves to the extent we name our suppliers on our menu. On finer days, meals can be enjoyed al fresco on our south-facing patio.
