Michael Kors #WatchHungerStop Charity Campaign

Michael Kors has promised to donate hundreds of meals to children in need, in return for people posting selfie photos wearing his charity t-shirts on various social media platforms.

In early 2013, Michael Kors set up the Watch Hunger Stop campaign and began donating school meals to children in need around the world. In July 2014 academy award winning actress Halle Berry travelled to the rural areas of Jinotega, Nicaragua with the United Nations World Food Programme on behalf of Watch Hunger Stop, helping mothers of the village to prepare and deliver nutritious meals for school children. A camera crew from Nation Geographic captured and documented her entire visit – see below for the full video.

So what can you do?

Grab yourself a free Michael Kors charity tee from your local MK store, post a picture on to Facebook, Instagram or Twitter and caption it with the hashtag #WatchHungerStop. T-shirts are available until 31st October at all Michael Kors stores. Then, the famous designer will donate one hundred meals for each photograph posted!

Alternatively if you’re looking for a special gift or to treat yourself, take a closer look at the Michael Kors 100 Series Watches.
