The collection draws its strength from contrasts, with dense and ultra-light, technical, and natural materials. Exclusive fabrics processed on the finished garment, using localised fading, prints and reserve effects result in stunning pieces.
Garment dyeing has also been brought to the fore in weaves of diverse fibres, using ultra-saturated and pastel, blended and variegated, plant and mineral colours.
As always, work wear and uniforms remain a key influence for the Italian brand, allowing for the SS15 collection to focus not only on the aesthetic of the clothes but on their everyday function as well. The brand's dedication to research and innovation is also played out through the use of technical fabrics such as nylon monofilament, highly reflective or thermo-sensitive fabrics, and featherweight polyester cloth vacuum-coated with a 100% stainless steel film.
