Armani have announced their first venture into the US real estate market with The Residence by Armani/Casa tower, a partnership with New York/Miami-based Dezer Development and The Related Group. Designed by César Pelli, the 60-story luxury oceanfront high-rise will take pride of place on Sunny Isles Beach, Florida.
Following the aesthetic of their existing properties in Istanbul, Mumbai and the Philippines, The Residences by Armani/Casa tower includes 260 luxury residences that exude Giorgio Armani’s core values, defining a sense of comfort, functionality, opulence and elegance.
Speaking of the exciting new venture, Giorgio Armani, President and Chief Executive of the Armani Group, stated “Armani/Casa was born from my desire to see my design aesthetic at work in interior spaces. On a project like this, where we have the benefit of partnering with a talented architect like César Pelli, we get the opportunity to create something really very special—a remarkable living space, imbued with the spirit of modern elegance."
After a decade of opulence, Armani/Casa has established itself as the leading protagonist in the luxury furnishings market and the use of César Pelli – a world-renowned Argentinian architect – in the designing of the new Miami-based tower bolsters this impeccable reputation.
Featuring 2,3 and 4 bedroom residences with unrivalled ocean views, the Armani/Casa Residence boasts a full restaurant, world class spa, oceanfront pool and three floors of private cabanas. Set for a late 2016 completion date, a property in the tower will cost $1.35m-$5.6m and enquiries can be made via thecasaresidences.com.
