Due to be available for just 1 year only Mercedes-Benz have taken their already well-equipped AMG GT Coupe and souped it up to the max.
Starting September of this year, Mercedes-Benz are preparing to offer a very special version to its already well-equipped AMG GT 4-Door Coupe.
Being offered for 12 months only is the Mercedes-AMG GT 63 S 4MATIC+ Edition 1 – a souped-up version of the AMG GT 63 S 4MATIC+ model that sees exclusive metallic paint jobs of Grey Magno, Diamond-White Bright, or Graphite Grey, as well as premium Nappa leather upholstery with coordinated stitching, and an assortment of carbon fibre pieces, and not to mention 21-inch forged alloy wheels.
Also, standing out amongst the plethora of upgrades is the AMG Aerodynamics Package, which is composed of a larger front splitter with
integrated flics in the front apron, a more aggressive diffuser, and a fixed rear spoiler that is mechanically adjustable.
The reason for the larger spoiler is evident when you look under the bonnet, as Mercedes-AMG chose to outfit the Edition 1 with the most powerful version of its 4.0-litre V8 bi-turbo engine - an engine that’s capable of producing 639 hp, and can take the car to a top speed of 195 mph, and resulting in a 0-62 mph in a time of 3.2 seconds.
