Are you one of the many people who fought to get their ticket to see Fifty Shades of Grey first this Valentines Day?
Literally taking over the lives of most woman back in March 2012, this love/hate book has finally made it's way to the big screen. Capturing the story of a 21 year old student, Anastasia Steele (played by Dakota Johnson), as her life changes when she meets handsome billionaire Christian Grey (played by Jamie Doran). This book, now film sold £1million worth of tickets before it even opened in cinemas.
It would seem like the film really is about Anastasia deciding whether or not she should commit herself to embrace the role of Christian's new submissive. But who are we to complain!
Arriving on Valentine's weekend with record setting ticket pre sales, it would seem that men are just as eager to see this film just as much as us women.
With a variety of previews and spoof videos prior to the official trailer being released, we were definitely trying to picture our beloved Mr Grey. Along with the speculation of the cast and the hype that followed this, we are pleasantly surprised with what is on offer!
As much as the X-rated book by EL James has us all hot under the collar, it seems like the screen adaption does not appear to have had the critics feeling quite the same.
